Adrian Sisser, 35, of Weed Street, was charged with disorderly conduct during a dispute at the New Canaan train station June 6 at 10:38 p.m.
Police received a call from a cab driver who said Sisser would not let him leave the station. The driver already had a passenger in the cab, but Sisser would not let him pass, according to the report. Police said Sisser was yelling for a ride home and demanding to talk to the taxi dispatcher while leaning on the front of the cab. Upon police arrival, an officer smelled alcohol on Sisser's breath.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court June 20.
