NEW CANAAN — A 54-year-old New Canaan man was arrested after not responding to an infraction he was issued for failing to license his dog, police said.
On Oct. 3 around 8:15 p.m., New Canaan police went to Laurel Road to take Patrick Edmonds into custody on a warrant. The warrant was for failure to respond to an infraction, stemming back to a May incident where Edmonds was issued an infraction for failure to license a dog.
Police took Edmonds into custody and processed him at police headquarters. He was released on a $250 bond and will appear in court Oct. 16.
