NEW CANAAN — The pretrial of Mark Lynch, a New Canaan man charged with manslaughter for providing his son the heroin that led to his fatal overdose, has been moved for the third time.

Lynch appeared in Stamford Superior Court March 23 with his attorney, Matthew Maddox. Maddox was granted permission from Judge Richard Comerford to move the pretrial to April 20.

In Stamford on Dec. 16, Lynch pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter, possession of narcotics and illegal distribution of hallucinogenic narcotics.
