Fall is in full swing at Grace Community Church, and there are several new additions to Grace Sunday school. This season, children age 2 through fourth grade will delve into Spark, which begins in Genesis and moves through the book of Acts. Children will explore key Bible stories and gain insight that can be applied to their own lives.

"The idea is that kids will come home with relevant questions and conversation that will spark good family dialogue," Julia Hughes, director of children's education at Grace Community Church, said in a release. Fifth- and sixth-graders are invited to participate in monthly lessons from Preteen Ministry. Themes are targeted to young teens and relevant to their lives and the challenges that accompany adolescence.

GCC's Sunday service begins at 9:30 a.m. at Saxe Middle School with coffee and bagels available at 9 a.m. in the lobby. There is nursery care available for infants through 2-year-olds, Sunday school classes for children age 3 through sixth grade, and a special weekly service for middle and high school students called the Grace Youth Gathering beginning at 9:30 a.m.
