Updated 6:56 pm, Thursday, April 16, 2015
What's going to happen to the Playhouse? Does New Canaan need a movie theater?
These questions will be the focus of a panel discussion and question-and-answer session that will be presented by the League of Women Voters on April 29 at 7 p.m. at the New Canaan Nature Center, 144 Oenoke Ridge.
On the panel will be New Canaan First Selectman Rob Mallozzi III; Tucker Murphy, executive director of the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce; William Oestmann, New Canaan's superintendent of buildings; George Maranis, past town administrator; and Jerry Miller, partner at Hawthorne, Ackerly and Dorrance and a founding member
of the Ridgefield Playhouse.
Kate Hurlock, of the League of Women Voters, will moderate the discussion.
