Event raises funds for Mikey Czech Foundation

  • Moms For Mikey and friends of the Mikey Czech Foundation celebrated Cinco De Mayo on Thursday, May 1, at the home of Sue Campbell in New Canaan. More than 50 supporters attended the event, which included a Mexican dinner, cocktails and a raffle. The event honored Mikey Czech, who was 11 when he lost his battle in 2008, with a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma), the most deadly form of brain cancer in children.
