Police responded to a dispute at Hoyt Livery on Cross Street June 14 at 5:47 p.m.

Orlando Andujar, 49, was an employee of the company in a dispute with the owner. Police said Andujar threw a scooter to the ground and yelled profanities at the owner and police.

He was charged with second degree breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court June 26.
