FontA groundskeeper at the Country Club of New Canaan reported to police on the morning of Monday, Jan. 28, that the second hole's fairway was vandalized the previous night.
Police said an estimated 3,300 square feet of specialized turf was destroyed at a cost of about $7,500 to repair. The damage seemed to have been caused by an ATV, said police.
