'Computer whiz' fails to appear in court

The Stamford man accused of urinating on a computer at the New Canaan Public Library last year turned himself in on a warrant Friday, Dec. 9, at 1:16 a.m.
Kenneth L. Hill, 45, was failed to appear in court on two separate charges stemming from an Oct. 22, 2009, incident and a March 17, 2010 incident.
Police said an intoxicated Hill received an infraction for creating a public disturbance in 2009 at the Dunkin Donuts on Elm Street. He was then charged with criminal mischief in 2010 after police said he urinated on a computer at the New Canaan Public Library.
Police charged Hill with two second-degree failure to appear charges and set the bond at $10,000 and $5,000 respectively.
