Computer taken from unlocked car

A 58-year-old male from Wilton reported his Fujitsu LifeBook computer taken from his vehicle in the parking lot at Food Emporium, 280 Elm St., on June 27.

According to the report, the man parked his vehicle at 12:15 p.m., leaving the doors unlocked and the laptop computer on the front passenger seat. When he returned at 1:15 p.m., the computer was missing.

The approximate value of the computer is $800, police said.
