Carriage Barn co-directors judging RAC exhibition

Arianne Faber Kolb and Eleanor Flatow, co-directors of New Canaan's Carriage Barn Arts Center, are the jurors for the Rowayton Arts Center's "Brushwork" exhibition, which continues through Aug. 31.

They will present awards for the winning paintings by area artists during a free reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3, at the RAC gallery, 145 Rowayton Ave., in the Rowayton section of Norwalk.

The first-place watercolor winner will receive the $250 "Walter Brooks Memorial Award."

The gallery is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
