Car window shattered

A 70-year-old New Canaan man reported that the driver's side window of his car was smashed on Nov. 19.

The man said he parked his 1986 Mercedes on Talmadge Hill Road at around noon, and when he returned at around 10 p.m., the window was smashed.

Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

The estimate of the cost of damage was $250.
