New Canaan Chapter of the National Charity League members create new childrenís activities for the historical societyís annual Ice Cream Social. The event, which is Sunday, June 2, from 1 to 4 p.m., rain or shine, will include childrenís games, demonstrations, a car show on the great lawn, performances from the Town Band and, of course, there will be cake and ice cream.
