Four New Canaan teenaged boys facing arrest warrants turned themselves in to police on Tuesday, May 14, and were charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, according to police.

The boys -- three 14-year-olds and a 15-year old -- ran an eBay scheme, said police, between October and December 2012 in which they listed items like laptops and televisions, including pictures of them, for sale.

Derrick Gyenizs, 28, of 563 Midland St., Bridgeport, was apprehended around 6:40 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, on an active warrant from Woodbridge.

An officer was running radar by New Norwalk Road and Lakeview Avenue when Gyenizs' car went through the red light, according to police. Police pulled him over, ranning his name and plates through the system and found the arrest warrant and that Gyenizs had a suspended license, for which he received a misdemeanor summons, police said.

Gyenizs transported to Norwalk Superior Court that morning.
