Step Out helps Stepping Stones

Wine, beer and food enthusiasts are invited to the Stepping Stones Museum for Children Saturday for the nonprofit's fifth annual Step Out Wine & Beer Tasting.

Taking place in the museum's galleries, the event will feature wine from Harbor View Wines & Spirits in Norwalk and beer from Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Food will be provided by Whole Foods Market, Abbondonza Specialty Food/BONDA Restaurant, Beach Cafe, Bobby Q's Barbeque & Grill, Chocopologie Cafe by Knipschildt Chocolatier, Kazu Japanese Restaurant, the SoNo Baking Company & Cafe and Tuscan Oven.

Proceeds from the event will support Stepping Stones' museum exhibits, educational programs and outreach initiatives.

"This event is very important to us because it helps to support the museum ... and its mission to broaden and enrich the lives of children," said Robin Wexler, manager of marketing and communications at Stepping Stones.
