Ten mortgage bankers from Connecticut Home Mortgage, the mortgage services arm of Prudential Connecticut Realty, were recently honored with the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award by Connecticut Magazine.

The list is a group, representing less than 3 percent of the licensed mortgage professionals in Connecticut.

The bankers honored are Paul Aube, Matthew Biggins, JoAnn Cornell, Lori Demma-Grodzki, Eric Gadarowski, Al Hoppe, Jeffrey Jensen, Douglas Rick, Daniel Rosenfeld and Todd Ryder.

Connecticut Magazine partnered with Crescendo Business Services to survey recent homebuyers and industry experts to find the Connecticut mortgage professionals who scored the highest in overall satisfaction and which mortgage professionals deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Crescendo surveyed more than 99,000 homeowners, 25,000 subscribers of Connecticut Magazine and 250 mortgage and title companies in Connecticut. Respondents were asked to evaluate mortgage professionals they knew through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate the professional on a number of categories, such as overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend them to a friend. The qualifying professionals were then reviewed by a blue ribbon panel comprised of mortgage company executives, professional and trade association officers, realty company executives and others directly involved in the mortgage industry.
