Halstead New Canaan realtor wins awards at brokerage meeting

Halstead Property, a leading residential real estate brokerage firm in the tri-state area, hosted more than 600 agents from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut at the firm's Annual Meeting at the Waldorf Astoria Monday, Feb. 7. Led by President Diane M. Ramirez, the event featured guest speakers Arthur Zeckendorf and David Burris, co-chairmen of Terra Holdings, the parent company of Halstead Property as well as presentations by the firm's MarTech Division and the Chief Economist. The meeting concluded with an awards presentation to Halstead's top agents, recognition of loyalty to the firm and the announcement of the firm's honorable designations based on specific transactions.
Together with the executive team of Halstead Property, Ramirez presented the awards to the top producing agents in categories including highest grossing sales and highest number of sales. The awards at Halstead's annual event included:
"¢ Richard Orenstein in Halstead's SoHo office was presented with the highest gross sales commissions award for New York and New Jersey.
"¢ In Connecticut, the award for highest gross sales commissions was presented to Mary Higgins of the Halstead New Canaan office.
"¢ Highest gross sales commission award in development marketing was awarded to Norman Horowitz in the Village office. He also won the highest number of sales deals closed in development marketing for the firm.
"¢ For the highest number of sales deals closed in New York and New Jersey, the winner was Pat Publik in the Halstead Westside office.
"¢ In Connecticut, the award for the highest number of sales deals closed was presented to Eileen Hanford in the Darien office. The highest number of listings sold in Connecticut was awarded to Suzanne Okie, also of the Darien office.

"¢ The highest number of rental deals closed throughout Halstead Property was awarded to Senad Ahmetovic in the Midtown office while the highest gross rental commission in a single transaction was awarded to Shery Saeed in the Village office.
