In addition, the courses will teach the users many skills and strategies needed to get and keep a job. The project consists of two curricula, each containing multiple courses, as well as several simulations that will enable the learner to practice their new skills using the computer in a role-playing environment. All of these courses will be available to Connecticut residents through the Connect-Ability website.

Proceeds will go to the American Heart Association.

The chefs for the evening include Chef Jodi Bernhard -- Barcelona Restaurant and Wine Bar; Chef David Donnelly -- Eramosa at The Westport Inn; Pastry Chef Robyn Eads -- Peace Tree Desserts; Chef Pedro Garzon -- Manolo; Chef Patrick Tennaro -- Old Post Tavern.

Each chef will be preparing one course, in addition to hors d'oeuvres that will be served throughout the cocktail hour.
